refund and returns policy

If you change your mind about a purchase from us and would like to return the product you must inform us by email of your decision by means of a clear statement within 7 days of the date the product was delivered to you you must also provide with this email a receipt of proof of purchase. You must inform us of your decision by email to info@campercarbeds.com.au and we will then provide you with the return address. 

 You must return the product to us within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you. Please include your name and order number in the return.  The product must be returned back to us in the original packaging, unopened, unused and in pristine condition. We cannot refund an item that is not received in perfect condition.  You will need to pay for the shipping back to us in Perth, Western Australia at your own expense. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund of the product only, the cost of shipping is non-refundable.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please send us an email to info@campercarbed.com.au within 7 days of the order being delivered so that we can investigate the situation and action for you.
